How your order is processed;
Orders are prioritised by date received. We will contact you as soon as possible to confirm we have taken payment and to arrange a delivery date to suit you.
At certain times availability of products may be limited, where ever possible the website will be updated to show this. In the event your chosen product is not immediately available we will contact you to arrange an alternative or let you know when it will be available. No payment is taken until availability has been checked.
Packages are sent by overnight courier to arrive with you between 9am and 5pm the following day. If you are likely to be out at anytime during your agreed delivery date please let us know if the courier can leave the package securely on your property in the event you are not present to receive the goods. Northumbrian Quality Meats cannot accept responsibility for the condition or loss of the package in these circumstances.
Deliveries days are Monday to Friday. Saturday deliveries are possible at an extra cost of £15.00 irrespective of order value.
Delivery Costs are as follows;
For orders less than £50 = £10.00 p+p
For orders between £50 and £150 = £7.50
For orders over £150 = free.
Packages are securely wrapped in cartons to maintain temperature integrity with ice packs included. Most of our fresh products are suitable for home freezing although please read the label to confirm this.
Where discount codes are used, the offer applies to one code per household.
For security purposes where the delivery address differs from the cardholders address we will contact you to for the cardholders address. Payment will not be taken until this is confirmed. No goods will be shipped without this information.
For deliveries to Otterburn, West Woodburn, East Woodburn, Elsdon and Bellingham delivery is free of charge. Alternatively come up to the farm to collect and we'll give you a 10% discount.
